Journey of the mind

Having lost in her painting, SalapaoAngel and her little friend, Cucum, found themselves as part of the painting! Unsure which way to go, they jumped on the first train to begin their journey.

This work is the 4th art piece of the continuing story of a girl who have been lost in her painting.

I took almost 2 months to create this work. Started from watercolor painting on paper, animating them on computer to final touch digitally on each scene to create the surreal and fantasy surroundings. Hope you enjoy the journey of your mind, too. ^ ^

Lost And Found

When did the last time you fall in love?

This is a continuing story from my previous works. A story of a girl who has been lost in her painting and decided to jump on the train without knowing the destination.

And…this is her first stop. An old cafe in an old town…

Cat : Meowwww
SalapaoAngel : Hello, sweet kitty. Can I help you?
Cat : Ngaaaa
SalapaoAngel : Ohh! You are hungry. Wanna have some donuts?
Cat : Ngaa Ngaa
SalapaoAngel : Cucum, look! She’s so lovely. 🥰

Cucum : Sis, can we stay here a little bit longer? I love this place.

Winter at Shirakawago

Winter is sweet potato season!
SalapaoAngel and Cucum were enjoying their sweet potatoes and here came a little cat who looked a little shivering as the town was covered in fluffy snow.
“You must be cold and hungry. I have only one sweet potato but I can share it with you”.

Even it was cold outside. It was so warm inside their hearts.

A Beautiful Blue Day

Floral scent is so soothing, isn’t it?
This is my self-portrait painting from when I was among the beautiful baby blue eyes flowers at Hitachi Seaside Park in Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan.

Alone but not lonely in one of the most beautiful days as I’m embraced by the nature.
