I'm a graphic designer / Illustrator. But seems like I enjoy drawing more.

Brave New Day

Waking up in the morning, looking up at the bright blue sky. There are great things and not-so-great things ahead.

Close to Your Heart

It hurts the most when the one behind the trigger is someone you’ve opened up to wholeheartedly.

Driven by Lust

We keep climbing higher and higher. The path ahead is treacherous, the air ice cold.
It feels as though we’re the rejected, the unwanted, as if this mountain was never meant to be conquered by the likes of us.

In a New Light

You looked so bright under the night sky. Or is it the couple of glasses of whiskey that make you look a little different tonight?

For Your Inner Child

Getting hurt, bruised, and heartbroken is part of growing up. But still, no matter how many times you fall, don’t let your heart die, and don’t let go of your childish self.

Summer Day

Last summer, on the way back to my hometown, I took a break at an old gas station.
The tire shop was closed down, its rusted gate and faded neon sign giving off the air of a long-abandoned place. The gas station itself was big and spacious, but now only a couple of staff remained to operate the aging station. Its red sign was soon to be replaced by a green one, signaling change. I just tried reimagining what this place might have looked like in its heyday. Trying to keep the old days alive in some way.

Greedy Heart

Even though you tried your best, gave your all to love someone, in the end, you might just become another tiny piece in their collection.

Ready to Love, Ready to Leave

On the surface, you are each other’s one and only. But when the curtains drop, you might want to have an exit plan.

The Pool

Back in high school, the swimming pool taught me many things. For one, I wasn’t much of a team player. I didn’t want to acknowledge what anyone else thought. I fell short in any sport that required teamwork. I did best when I didn’t have to concern myself with anyone.
Humans are social creatures, though. Facing the bigger world as an adult reminded me that I’m no longer in a small pool, and there are many faster swimmers out there. If you’re not the best and not a team player, being a lone swimmer can hurt you in the long run, just like it did me.

Within Reach

Your eyes are set on that far, far away destination.
No matter how far you go, it doesn’t seem like you’re getting any closer.
Like a shadow cast by the light in the middle of a moonlit night, your goal might have been within arm’s reach all along.
