Hello, my name is Falafymns Nawaporn Suwanlohit. Falafymns is a name my mother likes to call me. I really love flowers and am obsessed with them. I often compare and imagine things. I like observing people and often compare them, thinking, ‘If they were a flower, what kind of flower would they be?’ I also enjoy reading the language of flowers and always use the language of flowers to communicate through my drawings.
My favorite medium is Alcohol markers and I like to do traditional art process.
I love to call my art Botanical portrait.

A journey within grow in spiral

This piece explores the quiet, organic path of inner growth.
Like a nautilus shell, our experiences spiral inward — each layer marking a moment of transformation, pain, wonder, or truth.
The journey is not linear. It curves, returns, expands, and deepens.
Surrounded by flowers, birds, beetles, and fruits, each symbol speaks of memory, beauty, and the quiet resilience of the soul.
This is not just a story of growth — but of returning to one’s core, again and again, with greater understanding.

Bloom where I Rest

In this quiet moment, a faceless girl plays with her cat —
a simple, wordless joy that needs no explanation.
Though her expression is hidden,
the daffodils blooming from within her speak loud enough.

Daffodils symbolize new beginnings, gentle hope, and inner light.
In many cultures, they’re seen as the first sign of spring —
a reminder that warmth always returns, no matter how long the winter.

This piece is about the quiet power of having a safe, joyful space
where one can rest, laugh softly, and bloom
not for the world, but for the self.

Whispers in the Wild

Gossip — the quiet current that runs beneath every gathering.
It may seem petty, but in its shadows lie survival, observation, and adaptation.
We are social creatures.
Sometimes, to belong is to listen.
Sometimes, to protect ourselves is to speak.

Fierce in Bloom

Inspired by the Chinese zodiac, this piece celebrates the Year of the Tiger —
a symbol of bravery, vitality, and natural leadership.
In Chinese tradition, the tiger is the guardian of life force,
respected for its courage, strength, and protective spirit.
The body of the tiger is adorned with tiger lilies,
flowers that share the tiger’s essence:
boldness, passion, and unyielding confidence.
In many cultures, tiger lilies are seen as symbols of prosperity, pride, and feminine power.
They also represent resilience — blooming fearlessly in the wild,

Dancing to the moon

In a garden where moonlight spills like silver lace,
a Tulip and a Peony sway side by side.
They are not the same—one bold, one soft—
yet their steps match in laughter and grace.

They know the secret of love
to dance close, yet leave room for the other to breathe.
To bloom at their own pace,
yet grow toward the same shimmering sky.

So hand in petal, they twirl gently onward—
not racing, not rushing—
but moving together,
all the way to the moon.

The Orchid Horse

Inspired by the Chinese zodiac, this piece honors the spirit of the Horse
known for its vitality, elegance, and independent nature.
In Chinese folklore, those born in the Year of the Horse are quick-witted, energetic, and born to roam free.
Its body is adorned with blooming orchids
a symbol of intelligence, grace, and mystery.
The horse’s color takes inspiration from Si Mok, the mist-gray steed in the Thai folk epic Khun Chang Khun Phaen,
a creature of quiet strength and enduring loyalty.
Together, these elements reflect a soul in motion — wild, wise, and beautifully untamed.

Mirror, mirror, Who am I?

I sit before the mirror, yet the reflection feels like a stranger.
At times, I believe I know myself — and the world — so well.
But in the quiet corners of my heart, doubt lingers.
Perhaps I don’t know myself at all.
Or perhaps, I simply don’t want to accept what I see.

Glow up, Grow up

When love is kind
when it uplifts, nurtures, and grows with you
every day becomes a quiet bloom.
It’s not just about glowing together,
but growing together in ways seen and unseen.
In this piece, two figures are surrounded by flowers that mirror their energy:
One is adorned with iris, hydrangea, and freesia —
symbols of wisdom, gratitude, and heartfelt connection.
The other is crowned with camellia, tulip, and freesia —
signifying devotion, graceful love, and trust in new beginnings.
Together, they form a quiet garden of mutual growth — radiant and real.

The World , Wholeness in Bloom

Inspired by The World, the final card of the Major Arcana,
this piece reflects a journey coming full circle
a return to the self with deeper wisdom and quiet strength.
The iris flower, symbol of insight and divine connection,
blooms here to honor spiritual growth and the grace of inner balance.
Together, they tell a story of harmony, clarity, and becoming whole.

Too much Emotional

Once, someone I knew told me that I was emotionally hard to read.
They said it was difficult to tell what I was thinking or how I was feeling.
At first, I didn’t know how to respond. But over time, I began to reflect on it.

I think I’m like a mix of many kinds of flowers.
Some days, I want to shine bright like a carnation — full of cheer and energy.
Other days, I just want to sit quietly with my thoughts, like a pansy resting in the shade.

To me, this isn’t emotional instability.
It’s simply what it means to be human.
