I started working as an artist under the name CHOSKO in 2025.
I believe that every emotion—including the negative ones we often try to ignore—has meaning and deserves to be seen. My work focuses on the quiet struggles and uncomfortable feelings we all go through in everyday life. Rather than pushing them away, I try to show them as a natural, even lovable part of being human.
At the same time, I like to capture the small joys that help us live alongside those emotions—tiny moments of comfort, softness, or light.
I often add a bit of humor or cuteness, using simple lines and graphic compositions to bring these feelings to life.

Be your queen

Neither society nor others are your king or queen. You are. Be your own queen.

DIFF - Hamidashimono

In Japan, there’s a word - hamidashimono. One who slips outside the line. Too bold, too different, too much. But why not? It sounds cool.

Fighting

Sometimes, we raise our sword and fight with all our might - against an enemy we can’t even see. But quite often, that enemy is created by ourselves.

Shutting out

Feeling overwhelmed by society’s noise and everyone’s eyes? Just put a box over your head and relax.

Listen to your heart

Sometimes it’s important to simply listen to your own heart.

Cool down

Anger is a natural emotion. No need to deny or swallow. Just dip your head into cool water, let the heat ease, and face your anger with clarity and calm.

Broken heart

All hearts are fragile.

Adult’s Emotions chart

In early child education, an emotion chart is used to help children communicate their feelings to adults. It’s very simple, showing basic emotions like happy, excited, sad, angry, or nervous etc. When I saw an adult version of emotion chart, I was surprised by how many negative emotions were listed and how finely they were divided. We are experiencing a wide range of emotions unconsciously everyday.

More Artwork/Merchandise:

I’m looking forward to seeing everyone at BKKIF!
This time, I won’t be selling any goods, but I’ll be very happy if you take a look at my illustrations.
During the event, I’ll also be setting up an “EMOTION STICKER” activity — please feel free to add your current emotion to the poster!

Colored lenses

Everyone sees the world through their own colored lenses — sometimes in a good way, sometimes in a bad way.

Poker face

We all, in some way, put on a façade without realizing it. Even when our hearts are burning, we keep a poker face.

Safety zone

Everyone needs a safe zone where nothing can intrude — after all, we live in the harsh world.

Peace

Everyone should have a moment of peace.

It’s not easy to open

Opening one’s heart is never easy. Even with many keys, it only opens when the right moment comes.

All emotions deserve to be seen

We live hiding many of our emotions, sometimes tucking them away in the closet of our hearts so that no one can see them.
But at the very least, I hope we can acknowledge those emotions for ourselves.

Sinking

When I place myself in society, the weight of it slowly seeps in. By the time I’m alone again, the exhaustion hits all at once, and I just want to let myself sink into the quiet.

Props - friends

Props may be the supporting cast in my illustrations, but they are dear to me — many are old objects that hold memories.
