I'm Bomfha, I am an Illustrator from Thailand. I have been interested in illustration since my BA study. Besides that, I have also been passionate about ancient stories and legends, myths, history, and even simple stories in daily life. I usually use signs and metaphorical interpretations of feelings through vivid and eye-catching illustrations using digital painting techniques, and sometimes blending them with traditional techniques through a surreal, pop, and easily approachable style.

King Power Chinese New Year 2025

It is reminiscent of a heavenly kingdom for travellers, featuring contemporary and up-to-date products that are always in style. A representative of the deity Tai Sui Yea(乙⺒太歲吳遂大將軍) prepared to bestow good wishes upon individuals worldwide, ensuring that they encounter good fortune throughout the year. A creative and inventive reimagining of traditional Chinese culture combines with futuristic elements in this piece of art.

Auspicious parade | Winning project of the World Illustration Award 2024

Inspired by parades in Asian culture. Often associated with religious rituals and beliefs, it is a symbol of celebration. In addition to the colour and joy, it is also linked to the food used in each ceremony. Each place is different and has a charm that invites you to explore. This image, therefore, brings Asian cultures from Japan, China, Korea, Thailand, and India to join
the parade. To present a fun part of the culture the legends and tales of each culture are borrowed together to create a beautiful and distinctive colour.

M card Mu te you

The artwork represents stars transformed into twelve human visualisations, each expressing a unique set of influences and beliefs. Despite their diversity, they coexist peacefully. Earth is in the centre, surrounded by an orbiting galaxy. This symbolises the ongoing influence of stars and cosmic forces on human life. These cosmic influences drive technological developments and innovations that satisfy human needs, demonstrating the collective desire for transformation, adaptation, and victory over fate.

Beyond the vines

Beyond the Vines, a Singaporean brand, invited me to collaborate on illustrations for the launch of their new Poofy Pocket Bag, set to launch in early 2024. The artwork was inspired by the cartoons we enjoyed during our childhood. The imagination is filled with various cute gadgets, like flip phones, key fobs, and portable mirrors, which are perfect to carry on the go with your favorite bag.

FaraTalk2 Souvenir Postcards

An illustration project for FaraTalk2, featuring portraits of the five speakers. Each piece offers a thoughtful interpretation of the speaker’s unique personality and personal interests, expressed through visual elements that reflect who they are. In each portrait, subtle symbols related to their identity and passions are thoughtfully embedded in their poses and gestures.

Cultural shade

The artwork is inspired by the "Tod Pha Pa" ceremony, a traditional Thai Buddhist merit-making event in which community members donate and parade offerings. It expresses a strong sense of community and common cultural values. What drew my eye were the vibrant colors and decorative details, particularly the trees covered with money and ribbon flowers. These visual representations beautifully illustrate Thai cultural identity. Through this piece, I hope to reinterpret these elements in a modern perspective while honouring the cultural roots that are still strongly embedded in our society.

Spirit of Summer

Inspired by the joyful shapes of traditional kites, this design reimagines their forms with a vivid summer palette and playful modern twist. Each element dances like wind-blown dreams, capturing the carefree spirit of the season.

Love yourself

Valentine’s Day Celebrate: Fall in love with yourself, it’s the only love story with a guaranteed happy ending.

Eternal Fragments: the storykeeper's Jar

Wall design for 'OngAng Water & colour’. This work captures stories of the past, connecting them to a real place, like preserving memories in time. A ceramic jar serves as a bridge between the tales and the location, with scenes of the place painted onto it in the style of Chinese porcelain. This symbolizes the arrival of Chinese culture through trade and settlement in Thailand, in an area once known for its pottery trade.

Festive Journey of Art & Elegance

Bomfha X Kwanpen Thailand: The richness of nature and wildlife is reflected in this collaboration, which also captures the warmth and beauty of Christmas and fresh Year's Day. This cooperation embraces fresh beginnings.
