| I work with both clay and drawing, using different materials to tell stories. Rooted in everyday observations, my work weaves together humor, tenderness, and imagination to reframe ordinary moments. Through the combination of ceramics and illustration, I create playful narratives that blur the boundary between image, object, and story. Blah Blah Blah...
Ceramic elements are used to create the front and back covers, extending the picture book narrative beyond its pages. Everyone loves to talk, yet few people truly listen. As a result, people begin speaking to things that cannot respond. Over time, those silent listeners slowly grow ears.

Featuring ceramic front and back covers that extend the picture book story beyond the page, this work adds another layer of narrative detail. A day at the beach with a cat ends in an afternoon nap together. Upon waking up, the owner discovers cat-shaped sun marks left across their skin—as if the sunshine had traced the cat's presence.
Hide and Seek
Playing hide-and-seek with the cats—every one of them gives away their hiding spot with a pair of little paws.
