| Hello! I am Trby Pineda, a Filipino artist who channels my emotions into art through “hooman,” a simple figure that represents anyone who shares the same feelings. I draw inspiration from patterns in nature, relationships, and life experiences—concepts that I weave into my creative process. Growing up, I struggled to communicate, and art became my constant companion, helping me make sense of the unexplainable emotions I experienced. Eight years of living with depression taught me the power of vulnerability. Through my work, I open my heart to the world, sharing pieces of myself and inviting others to see their own reflections in my art. |
