Touching Grass is about working closer to the ground. Sitting in a quiet garden, your bare feet resting on cool grass, feeling the steady ground beneath you. A quiet pause. A light breeze brushes your face, enough to remind you you’re alive.Nearby, dogs run freely and a cat stretches in the sun. Nothing is rushing you. Nothing is demanding more. The world moves gently, so do you.
