As an agrarian society, rainfall has a significant impact on Thai people's lives. 'Weather Forecat Scroll' portrays a fictional world where a gardener cat causes rainfall whenever she bathes. To stop the rain, she has to plant the lemongrass upside-down, both in accordance with Thai beliefs on summoning and chasing the rain.
